We are happy to announce that from 28 November 2021 to 27 December 2021 Evoplay Entertainment LTD, the company incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus, with its registered number НЕ 406912, with its registered address at Spyrou Kyprianou, 79, Protopapas bldg., 2nd floor, Flat/Office 201, Limassol, Cyprus, 3076 (Company) is organizing a STAR GUARDIANS TOURNAMENT (Tournament) between players of Star Guardians to reward the best ones with valuable prizes.
These Terms&Conditions (T&C) constitute an agreement between you and the Company and regulate your participation in the Tournament. T&C specify rules for the application process, determination of the winners, set a list of possible prizes and terms for the announcement of the Tournament results.
By applying for the Tournament, you are agreeing to be bound by the following T&C.

Who can apply for the Tournament?

The Tournament is open to players who are at least 18 (eighteen) years old and have no legal restriction to participate in gambling under the legislation applicable to the player and fulfill all the conditions of the Tournament stipulated in these T&C. By applying to the Tournament, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the full legal capacity to participate in gambling and the Tournament.
If the Company finds out that you are under the age of 18 (eighteen) years old or have other legal restrictions to participate in gambling and the Tournament, the Company has the right to disqualify you from the Tournament regardless of your result.

How to win?

To participate in the Tournament and have the chance to win, you should:
  1. Make fifty (50) spins in Star Guardians. Making more than (50) spins for the Tournament is not forbidden.
  2. Fix your maximum result achieved during fifty (50) spins and make a screenshot displaying your game result in Star Guardians.
  3. Submit the application form and upload your screenshot.

How to apply?

The Tournament commences on Saturday 28 November 2021 at 12:00 and concludes on Monday 27 December 2021 at 12:00. To apply you must submit an application form available at https://special.evoplay.business/ and provide us with a screenshot displaying your game result in Star Guardians regardless of the platform or website you use to play in Star Guardians.
Your screenshot must contain the following information: game name, time, winnings, balance.
You are prohibited to use any third-party software or technics to fake the results in Star Guardians.
The number of applications from one player is unlimited.
By applying for the Tournament, you guarantee that gaming results provided to the Company belong to you and you do not use the results of another person (persons). You remain personally liable for the illegal use of another person's results. The Company has the right to disqualify you from the Tournament if it finds out that you are trying to cheat.
Application must be received by 27 December 2021 at 12:00. After the closing date, no applications will be accepted.
There is no application fee necessary to apply for the Tournament.

Prizes

As a result of the Tournament, only 6 (six) players will become winners depending on their results.
The prizes are as follows:

One player can obtain only one prize. If the results of two (2) players are the same, the Company will choose the winner depending on who applied for the Tournament later.
The Company will send the prize to the winner’s postal address. The postal provider will be chosen through negotiation between the winner and the Company. The winner must cover all postage and any additional costs relating to the delivery of the prize.
The prizes are as stated above and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
The winner has the right to refuse the prize and inform the Company about it no later than within five (5) working days after the announcement of the results.
Not providing a postal address for delivery under the Company’s request five (5) working days after obtaining a request will be considered as a refusal from the prize. In case of such refusal, the Company has the right to annul the result of the player. The results and rating places of other players will be unchanged.

How do we choose the winners?

From all gaming results obtained the Company will create a rating and choose six (6) best results. The Company remains the right to choose winners at its sole discretion.

Tournament Results

The Company will announce the results of the Tournament no letter than within three (3) working days after the closing date on the Official YouTube Channel.
The Company will notify the winners by email no letter than within three (3) working days after the announcement of the results. If the winner does not react to the Company’s notification or does not provide a postal address for delivery under the Company’s request within three (3) days working days after obtaining notification, such behavior will be considered as a refusal from the prize. In case of such refusal, the Company has the right to annul the result of the player. The results and rating places of other players will be unchanged.

Applicable law

These T&C shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall the Company, its owners, suppliers, or any of their respective owners, directors, employees, contractors, and/or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, special, exemplary, punitive, or other consequential or incidental damages arising directly or indirectly from the participation in the Tournament.
The Company is not liable for the prizes damaged or lost in transit. The Company is not a seller of the products provided as prizes under the consumer protection legislation and is not responsible for the quality and warranty services.
The Company has no responsibility for your compliance with your national tax legislation regarding gift tax.

Storage period

We do not keep your personal data longer than it is necessary for the purposes stated above. In case of any disputes with you, we have the right to store your personal data as long as necessary for dispute resolution.

Under the GDPR we guarantee you the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data and the right to restrict its processing or object against such processing.
Also, you have the right to lodge a complaint either:

Children’s privacy

Our Tournament is not intended for persons under eighteen (18) years old. We do not process the personal data of children.

Recipients of personal data

We share your personal data with our employees and contractors involved in the Tournament organization. We assume that all these persons have contractual obligations to keep your personal data confidential and secure. To deliver your prize to you we should engage postal services providers and share your personal data with them.

Personal data transfers

We are going to process your personal data within the EEA. If it is necessary to transfer your personal data outside the EEA to third countries, we will rely on the adequacy decision issued by the European Commission or use appropriate safeguards according to the GDPR.
